every single day this new homeowner blocks the sidewalk so that people cannot go down the street. I knocked on the door several weeks ago and politely asked them not to block the sidewalk so that people with walkers and wheelchairs can get down the street and they don’t seem to care. today the sidewalk was completely blocked.
